Three Things You Never Say To A Prospect

Below are three things you should never say to a prospect or client.

  1. You’re wrong.  The prospect may be wrong, but you are better off trying to help them discover how they are wrong, without being aggressive.
  2. The competition sucks. While it may be true, don’t say bad things about the competition.  Focus on how you are better.
  3. We have the best service.  It doesn’t matter if you have the best service.  You can’t tell people your company has great service; you must let others do it.  This is where testimonial videos shine.
