The Founders Institute, a start-up incubator, has had its applicants perform a battery of personality and aptitude tests to discover what qualities lead to success. Their conclusion was that the best entrepreneurs are ones who work in their field first, gaining valuable real-world knowledge and experience for a decade or more.
