Sales culture is more than just a buzz word to describe how the people of the sales process think, work and interact. It is an process that can be analyzed, reviewed and corrected. In preparing a report for a client on this, I came across a case study which The Gallup Organization conducted and published about its sales culture. Perhaps an analysis of your organization may not be this comprehensive, but look at the information and hold a mirror up to how your company sells.
