In the midst of running your business, do you find yourself running behind?  With too much left undone?  Here’s a thought: opt into the wonderful world of delegation.

It is easy to understand why you might be reluctant to do this.  You have built a successful outfit, and from nothing.  However, the success of your firm could be even greater, were you to let go the reins on a few things, once in a while.  After all, you hired good people; why not let them do that for which you pay them?
