Be Flexible

Many people practice yoga and, over time, I have been one of them.  For the uninitiated, yoga is practice of physical, mental and spiritual (the venerable expression, “body, mind, spirit”) disciplines.  The benefits of yoga are myriad, and thorough, namely the improvement of:  cardiovascular endurance; musculoskeletal flexibility; focus and concentration.

Although there are numerous schools of thought (and practice), and more all of the time (why not be flexible in how best to be flexible), there are some basics of yoga.  This article does a good job of, at least, scratching the surface.
