Women Need to Realize Work Isn’t School

Two years ago, more women graduated with undergraduate degrees from American colleges then men in the same year. This trend looks to continue. Yet, many of these same women have less success in the workplace then their male counterparts. The rules between the two are decidedly different. And whether one thinks this right or wrong, it is a reality of the workplace culture.  Adapting to the the ways of one’s situation is seen as the key for success, as illustrated by this article by Whitney Johnson and Tara Mohr .
