Below are three things you should never say to a prospect or client.
- You’re wrong. The prospect may be wrong, but you are better off trying to help them discover how they are wrong, without being aggressive.
- The competition sucks. While it may be true, don’t say bad things about the competition. Focus on how you are better.
- We have the best service. It doesn’t matter if you have the best service. You can’t tell people your company has great service; you must let others do it. This is where testimonial videos shine.
