While often one will rant in the mirror to his supervisor or superior, the majority of business professionals have poor skills in taking their ideas, input or critique back up the ladder.
Often, individual employees fail to see business from the manager’s point of view. They fail to make sure they’re talking about exactly what a manager is interested in hearing. They also bring too much to the table, rather than insuring this feedback is specific, professional, and honest. Often, unwanted ideas and opinion can cause a workplace more friction than it’s worth.
