Necessary Types Of Employees

If you have seen even one dish prepared on any cooking show, you no doubt have grasped that a successfully prepared entree requires that it be layered with several types of flavors.  It should be sweet, yet savory, with some saltiness.  The same rule-of-thumb applies to a successfully created organization.

Think about it: as much as it might be our own nature to like to be with people who are just like ourselves (although not too much like ourselves), as admirable as are your own set of traits, aren’t there other (equally admirable qualities) that you happen not to possess?  Further, would it not benefit your firm to have on-board people who do not hold these attributes?
