Comforting Thoughts On Discomfort

I’ve grown to be a fan of much of the writing of Leo Babauta.  He approaches and his blog, Zen Habits.

The attached link is his manifesto on the art of dealing with discomfort.  Why is this important?  If we want to go from where we are, to where we want to be, we will have to change, and change can be an excellent source of intimidation, inconvenience, or any number of feelings or conditions.  What do these have in common?  They tend not to be comfortable.   However, on the other side of that discomfort is where comfort, satisfaction success and a while lot of other good things reside.

You can do this.  You can do this.
