Practice Your Brand

While the idea of soliciting customer feedback is common, the action of applying this feedback is less frequent.

Speaker Stevie Ray recently wrote about the disconnect about this. I valued the point which Ray made about finding this out: “That’s the hard part about getting client feedback — you have to use it. You have to put your assumptions and ego aside and do what your customers want you to do. You have to act in accordance with what you sell.”
